Amazon Field Enablement Specialist, Amazon Global Logistics in Shanghai, China

Amazon has spent years building one of the world’s most efficient and optimized supply chains. Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) builds on that foundation with innovative distribution and end-to-end supply chain service for FBA sellers.

To effectively bring our service to our customers, we are seeking a high-potential Field Enablement Program Manager to deliver our broad programs for AGL Sales team knowledge and competency development. The position will work across the AGL CN and International teams, collaborate with Sales, Product, Operation, Marketing and other cross function teams.

As a highly organized and task oriented individual, you will deliver high quality business-driven and organization development contents, knowledge and trainings to broad field team.

You will design and deploy knowledge transfer and training tools to build competency agilely and effectively.

You will closely collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership for outputs feedback and iteration.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop sales enablement contents including: elaboration on policy, product feature, industry insight, internal best practice, sales playbook etc.

  • Upgrade sales enablement content with cross-function team for professional and validated versions.

  • Design and deploy tools to support content and knowledge transfer.

  • Lead enablement programs, and manage program tracking and communication

  • Regularly report on the performance of the program and communicate business impact through monthly and/or quarterly business reviews

  • Execute workflow and process, manage SIM or intake queue

  • Own tracking sales enablement performance

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification

  • 1-3 years of program or project management experience

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing key stakeholders to understand & synthesize the needs of sales organization and how various enablement solutions can move the needle.

  • Experience in developing literal, verbal and visual contents, training materials

  • Experience with digital contents development and distribution management

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Digital Sales Tools design or business key user experience (CRM, SFA, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.)

• Digital content design tools experience (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Edge or other light applications to generate pics, videos, H5, interactive content sharing materials)

• Hands-on sales experience

• A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with an ability to work across a large and diverse org with many differing field member profiles

• Experience with Cross-border E-Commerce Business

• Experience with Cross-border Logistics
