This post is based in Shanghai to support our business mainly pertaining toESGconsultancy&sustainability under variousinternational & nationalrating systems across great China.

Job Description:

l Take part in pitching ofESG consultancy &sustainability services from the start to the end including but not limited to preparation of presentation stuff, fee proposals / tenders, clarification, and contracts, rendering of interim advisory works, and follow-up with clients;

l Achieve forecasted revenue, renewal and profitability goals

l Grow commercial relationships and execute up-sales with existing clients

l Identify opportunities and close sales to new prospects

l Ability to advice and consult clients and prospects on different ESG strategies, particularly ESG integration

l Undertake detailed revenue reporting and forecasting

l Grow networks and attend relevant industry events

l Work with the wider sales group to achieve cross-segment opportunities and synergies from information sharing and collaboration

l Communication of market developments to marketing and product team

l Support development of sales and support literature

l Monitor and manage customer satisfaction and retention for a demanding investor client group

l Keep abreast of the latest changes in the market to meet with the expectations of our clients;

l Take up other business-related assignments as instructed by the top management.

Requirements:

l 5-10 years of relevant practical experience required for operational efficiency.

l Leadership experience is required (2+ above team management experience is plus)

l Authority within assigned limits for a functional unit.

l Creative thinking and adaptability being essential requirements for nature of work.

l Positions projecting first impression of organization through own work process.

l Work requiring understanding of concepts, theories, principles and practices to lead in the achievement of business goals.

l Work to be performed with high standards of accuracy for the purpose of safety and security, cost implications, and overall efficiency.

l Participating in the development of unit short-term and long-term goals by contributing information and proposing initiatives for consideration by seniors.

l Directly engaged in frontline services delivery and provision of technical support or sales related services directly to customers.

l No direct involvement in the control of financial resources apart from prudent usage of company resources.

l Work involves development of new initiatives to enhance efficiency or to achieve business goals.

l Need to develop relationships with customers, gather comments and propose measures to enhance services in order to provide personalized services and proactive solutions.

l Independent judgment within authority and own job scope.

l Undergraduate in related discipline.

l Jointly accountable with others to achieve end results.

l Leading role for work with common goals involving cooperation with others.

l Role to supervise daily work of subordinates, provide on-the-job training, monitor and assess performance.

l Work with varying tasks to be prioritized and carried out independently within set guidelines.

l Similar issues requiring analysis and search of alternatives.

l Involvement and contribution in process improvement.

l LEED/WELL Accredited Professional preferable.

l Provide supporting services for generating revenue.

l Safety and security a priority in the work process of the position.

l Integration of a wide spectrum of activities with linkages to other work units.

l Work in a safe and comfortable location on normal schedules and occasional trips to other cities required.

l Internal and external relationships at all levels are crucial.
