主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities :

确保雅培的全球职业健康政策和程序符合当地的法规要求。

Ensure compliance with Abbott Global Occupational Health Policies and Procedures and all local statutory requirements.

提出纠正行动当健康危害存在时。

Recommend corrective action where environmental and health hazards exists.

提供有关职业健康问题的咨询服务，并与现场管理团队交流EHS卓越实践方面的工作。

Provide consultation in the matters of occupational health and interface with site management team in the areas of EHS excellence.

Maintains health related records and ensure its update from time to time.

支持与员工、环境、健康和安全事件和事故的相关调查和补救措施。

Support the investigation and remedial actions associated with employee, related environment, health and safety incidents and accidents.

与内部和外部利益相关者保持无缝协调，如HR、合作医院。

Maintain seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders like HR, tie-up Hospitals.

领导工厂人机工程项目，并跟踪整改情况。

Lead site ergonomic program and follow up the improvement

领导工厂Well-being活动。

Lead site well-being activities.

负责工厂环境监测，废弃物管理。

Be responsible for the site environmental monitoring and waste management.

负责工厂生物安全的管理。

Be responsible for the biosafety management.

负责公司的PPE评估和管理

Be responsible for the PPE assessment and management.

任职条件 Qualifications :

本科及以上学历（环境工程类专业优先）。

At least graduates of college.

至少1年以上工厂的职业卫生管理经验。

Above 1 years of site health management experience .

电脑使用熟练。

Good commend of computer.

良好的英语沟通能力

Good English communication skill

熟悉职业健康监护和医疗报告管理。

Be familiar with occupational health surveillance and medical reports management.

熟悉职业健康危害监测和防护措施。

Be familiar with occupational health hazards monitoring and protective measures.

较强的领悟能力，责任心。

Strong responsibility sense, and good understanding on new knowledge.

具有团队精神。

Good teamwork spirit.
