Customer Value Creation Director- IC & Emerging Channels

Lead insights and metrics-driven IC & Emerging channel Customer strategies, plans, solutions with consistency and scalability to accelerate towards a healthier channel ecosystem and thus more relevant to consumer, shopper and customer value propositions. Partner with system key stakeholders to develop system integrated practical approach, and relevant programs for deployment and rollout. Elevate system KA capability to the next level.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Develop Customer Strategies and drive Implementation : Deliver value-creation customer strategies and playbooks for the Operating Unit with insight-driven (consumer, shopper, channel, customer insights) , metrics-driven opportunity mapping(e.g advantage score) and fit-for-purpose solution leveraging system competitive edge. These strategies and solution should aim to accelerate business growth through a networked system approach, balancing short-term and long-term development, and ensure relevant value-creation initiatives with edge and scale, leveraging NARTD Category Visions.

  • Provide Strategic Inspiration : Organize and deliver forward-thinking inspiration through events and agendas. Deliver strategic thinking and acting as the strategic connector among commercial, marketing and other strategy, to guide customer CBP/JBP. Working closely with frontline KA to capture booming trend in marketplace, develop playbook to enable system quick react with agility.

  • Collaboration on Growth Paths with Customers : Close work with system KA team to empower system on developing and implementing Customer Business Plans (CBPs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for key accounts. Provide guidance/playbooks on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and renegotiations.

  • Drive System Execution in related Customers : Work closely with system KA team to elevate TCCC basket and purchase incidence, and with customers to accelerate topline growth, based on a deep understanding of business opportunities and execution levers (availability, activation, SOVI, equipment placement etc.).

  • Track and Leverage Commercial and Customer Metrics : Ensure the right commercial and customer metrics are tracked to enable impactful tracking and opportunity identification at scale. Use these metrics to drive fact-based commercial and customer planning, initiate interventions, and ensure metrics-driven communication in all key system routines.

  • Reshape System KA especially IC capability: Develop World in Class Customer Management Team equipped with professionalism and certain skillset, Build system IC break-through capability for business development.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong business acumen with a broad and deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and customers is mandatory to bridge consumer/brand opportunities with customer relevance.

  • Drives Innovative Business Improvements - Develops ideas and gains others' commitment. Seizes opportunities that can deliver the greatest value, promoting an innovative environment, for action and a mindset that breakthrough results

  • Communicating Effectively: Conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding and confidence;

  • Connecting the dots, data Analysis & Interpretation: Capability and judgement to identify, leverage and convert the right insights(Consumers, Shoppers, Customers and the Industry), from different data sources into holistic & compelling selling stories and actionable narratives;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

  • 10+ years of experience in FMCG with 5+ years KA related experience.

  • Bachelor's degree & above
