Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue quotations for billable service based on online technical fault diagnosis and follow up until the customer makes a decision.

  • Process non-billable service orders and do parts consumption after field service engineers complete service report.

  • Confirm billable service information with customers and complete settlement with parts consumption in SAP after the service report is completed.

  • Invoice customers and ensure delivery in time.

  • Review and track accounts receivable regularly.

  • Dispatch service tickets in call center system to Team Leader or FSE engineer basing on division and BU, coordinate the customer service call had been assigned.

  • Support the Call Center in coordinating with other functions to meet customer requirements.

  • Build connections with field service teams, individuals, and various departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, International Trade, or a Mechanical/Industrial background.

  • More than 2 years of related working experience with basic SAP knowledge.

  • Sales background preferred.

  • High responsibility and team spirit, Excellence communication, and coordinating skills.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

  • Basic knowledge of SAP.

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
