Danaher Corporation Customer Service Manager in Shanghai, China

What you’ll do

  • Lead customer service team to manage all order-to-cash activities, including contract signing, order fulfillment, shipment delivery, cash application and complaints settlement.

  • Build up commercial operation standard work for different business segments

  • Partner with commercial leadership stakeholders in driving business initiatives, improving customer experience and hitting business target.

  • Optimize end-to-end order-to-cash processes and enhance the governance rigor.

  • Work closely with DBSL to lead Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement for better efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support global operational activities and projects, and drive the regional deployment based on regional practice and needs.

  • Enhance order-to-cash training framework and upgrade training handbook.

  • Develop talents and leadership pipelines.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, supply chain management or other relevant majors.

  • Minimum 10 year working experience in import/export business, order fulfilment, supply chain management or commercial operation.

  • Good business acumen. Proven ability to translate business strategies into specific actions.

  • Willing to take challenges and drive changes. Good ability to deal with conflicts and pressure.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to build up a high performing team in a matrix organization.

  • Solid knowledge of the Life Sciences and Biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
