ThispositionisconcernedwiththeimplementationofInformationTechnologyfunctionatthehotelinaccordance withHilton’sInformationTechnologystrategiesandprioritiesaswellasmeasuringInformationTechnologycosts, benefits and performance in the hotel and providing this information to hotel management and the Senior Director, Field Technology Services.

BrandStandards&Compliance

·EnsuringITrelatedBrandStandardsaremetatthehotel.

·EnsuringITSOXrequirementsaremetandhoteltocomplywithITSOXpoliciesandprocedures.

·EnsuringBrandapprovedhardwareandsoftwareapplicationsareonlyusedatthehotel.

Systems&Procedures

·Ensuringallsystemsarekeptup-to-datewithsecurityandupdatepatches.

·Ensuringhardwarerefreshstandardsaremetatthehotelandno non-standardhardwareorapplication is used at the hotel.

·EnsuringtocomplywithITAudits,ITSecurity andmakingsuresystemsarePCIcompliant.

·Tomaintainstandardsandbestpracticesathotelandevaluatecompliance.

·Ensurehoteldataissecuredandinlinewithstatedstandardsandbestpractices.

·Ensureallsystemsaresecureandrequireddailybackupsarehappeningwithallcriticalinformation backed up nightly where applicable.

CustomerService

·BringvaluestocustomersatisfactionaspectsbyfocusingonGuestFacingTechnologyrequirementsfor the hotel to contribute to overall guest experience.

·EnsuringStayConnectedguidelinesaremettoprovideguestswithacompetitiveadvantageandexperience.

Financials

·ManageallITexpendituresandevaluatingthemwithITCapitalandOperationalbudgets.

·Seekopportunitiesforcostreductionandvalue-addedbenefitsforthehotel.

·ProvideconsultationservicetohotelmanagementteamtoensureallIT equipmentiscoveredunder Annual Maintenance Contract with Hilton Globally / Regionally approved vendors / suppliers.

Administration

·Provide consultation service to hotel management team to ensure all IT equipment is covered under AnnualMaintenanceContractwithHiltonGlobally/Regionallyapprovedvendors/suppliers. Assistswith the development, maintenance and update of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects Policies & Procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.

·AssistswiththepreparationandregularupdateoftheFinance DepartmentalBudgetinclosecooperation with the Director of Finance, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

·Assistswiththesubscription,maintenance,andupdateofalllicensesatthehotelandprovide consultation to the hotel management to track the relevant inventory.

·Advisesthemanagementofthehotelonadditionalfacilitiesthatcouldbeprovidedbyeither existingor further IT systems and technological advances.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

·Atleastfive(5)yearsofprofessionalworkexperienceinTechnology,Hospitalityorrelatedfield.

·Three(3)yearsofHiltonhotelFieldTechnologyManagementexperience.

·PreviousexperienceandunderstandingoftechnologydeploymentsinaProjectManagementcapacity.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

·Bachelor’sDegree,plus5yearsofHospitalityorTechnologyrelatedexperience.

·Ten(10)yearsofprofessionalworkexperienceinTechnologyorrelatedfield.

·Five(5)yearsofManagementExperienceforHiltonFieldTechnology.

·ExperiencesworkingwithMicrosoftPowerPlatformwillbeaplus.

·Advanceddegreepreferredand/orcertificationinProjectManagement.
