Job Description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• 协助公司制定整体渠道管理与发展策略，设计和制定重点渠道项目计划

• 定期收集和分析内外部渠道相关信息、动态、变化趋势与前景呈现给公司、部门及BU

• 根据渠道策略与规划，设计与制定渠道关键项目方案，并推动项目的落地执行，主要包括经销商分级管理体系搭建，经销商差异化管理机制建立，省级经销商交流平台搭建，战略渠道伙伴发展与合作等

• 联动中央渠道和BU渠道，协助整合与优化渠道策略、行动方案及相关资源以支持相互的紧密合作和渠道价值最大化，包括但不限于经销商运营规范评估体系优化，经销商画像与能力模型建立等

• 协助BU重点渠道项目的开展，主要包括VBP渠道模式设计，渠道优化整合以及经销商评级机制的执行与优化等

• 参与公司渠道新模式探索，支持渠道创新，如跨BU渠道合作项目，基础医疗市场渠道模式，民营市场渠道模式等

• 执行主管指派的其他任务及协助其他相关项目

• 遵循GE所有合规要求，包括但不限于GE信息安全, GE商业中的行为，GE竞争法互动对话，安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动

Qualifications & Requirements

• 本科学历及以上，MBA为佳

• 8-10年医疗行业工作经验，至少5年在设备或器械领域的渠道管理或渠道项目发展经验

• 优秀的英文与中文沟通能力

• 在渠道管理上展示出扎实、突出的业绩表现

• 具有策略性思维并能在复杂环境下交付结果

• 善于内部及外部人际关系处理

• 行业政策敏感度，较强的问题分析及解决能力，良好的逻辑性及创新能力

• 优秀的项目管理，组织和策划能力，可主导高复杂度的跨业务线项目

• 高水准的自我激励，对自我能力的决心和信心

• 在压力下和在最后期限内工作的能力，并愿意在需要时投入额外时间

• 具备诚信和团队精神的核心理念
