Job Overview:

This position in the Customer Strategy Team will be responsible for reviewing contract terms, ensuring compliance with contract execution projects, managing expenses within contracts, and overseeing related key projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep understanding of KA operation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company strategy, business targets, customer segmentation and customer overall strategy

  • Track compliance of contract execution projects to ensure consistence with contractual obligations and timelines.

  • Manage and monitor expenses within contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and budget adherence

  • Identify potential risks and issues related to contracts and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on contract status, compliance metrics, and project progress to senior management.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor relevant key projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree at least

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG industry, customer management, contract management, customer strategy or a related role experience is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple key projects simultaneously.

  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office software
