Emerson Business Process Analyst in Shanghai, China

Job Summary

You are experienced on business process analyst in the manufacturing environment, who can provide strong support on the business not only via solving systems issues, but also via sharing professional suggestions and solutions.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Must understand the needs of not just users but the organization as a whole and be able to provide the best overall solutions.

  • Sound understanding of development and programming practices.

  • Strong understanding of general business processes in a manufacturing environment.

  • Familiar with key business concepts, practices, and procedures in the manufacturing industry.

  • Knowledge of good business practices for change control and documentation.

  • Good interpersonal skills as direct dealing with end users will be part of daily tasks.

  • Able to deal with multiple projects (short and long term with specified deadlines) in addition to unexpected day-to-day issues.

  • Able to work independently.

  • Self-motived and organized.

Who You Are:

You build constructive relationships with people both similar and different to yourself. You manage relationships across a variety of functions and locations. You act with a clear sense of ownership.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • In depth knowledge of ORACLE EBS system modules (Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Purchasing, Manufacturing).

  • Oracle EBS experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Project management experiences and skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor degree or above with related majors.

  • Good English skills (Fluent in read and write, workable oral and listening English skill is preferred)
