Application / Team Overview:

Enable next-generation client experience for API channel that provides TTS clients access to real-time banking services directly from their applications via seamless integration with their payments and information with accounting, ERP and other financial systems. It provides clients with a variety of API capabilities enabling clients to manage their global, regional and local payments and direct debit activities.

Role Description:

The successful candidate is expected to be a full stack senior developer with hands-on experience on UI technologies like Drupal, React.JS, with backend on Java along with knowledge of API life cycle management tools like IBM Datapower or APigee. Also, should have a good knowledge on continuous components and will be responsible for success and timely delivery of software components and solutions. Along with exposure to agile driven system development process.

The appropriate candidate will clearly demonstrate his ability to improve Continuous integration and provide process improvement areas.

  • The individual is required to review the day to day delivery work, ensuring a robust process implementation, identifying project/program delivery risks and work on risk mitigation.

  • Design, development, testing and implementation of software solutions using appropriate tech stack.

  • Requirement analysis & understanding, effort estimation and technical design

  • Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks

  • Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery

  • Full Software Development Lifecycle

  • Candidate will work independently and is highly self-motivated.

Detail Role Specifications & Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science in an engineering or computer science field is preferred

Technical / Functional Proficiency:

  • Around 6-9 years of experience with full stack development on transactional, real time applications with high traffic and volumes.

  • Extensive knowledge on cutting edge technology stack of React.JS, Angular JS, C#, Java, XML, MongoDB, Couchbase DB, Microservices, Distributed Data design

  • Experience in Leading small teams and owning/reporting project deliverables to senior management

  • Experience in delivering solutions following Agile Methodology

  • Willingness to learn new technologies on the job.

  • Works well and respect other disciplines of the project teams

  • Experience in building portal for Banking and Financial Domain

  • Good Analytical skills and Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding technology industry trends, how they impact our future solutions and provide strategic direction for the development community

Leadership Skills:

  • Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to lead small teams

  • Candidate should have the ability to work as a partner with multiple stakeholders smoothly against challenging timelines

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-organizational situations and be enthusiastic about building quality software products with world-class people, processes and tools.

  • Possess highly effective written and oral communication skills; excellent organizational and project management skills.
