Job Description:

As the APAC Consumer Business Group (CBG) Disputes Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:• Delivering analysis and data-based solutions as well as leading projects with cross functional teams across the area Sales and Marketing Teams, CBG Customer Operations, Enterprise Operations, Supply Chain as well as other corporate support functions. Establishing strong cross functional teamwork to successfully deliver operational results and improve the customer experience by driving root cause and corrective actions to reduce service disputes• Lead and participate on projects that drive root cause and corrective action to fix defects to eliminate Service Disputes. Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage work requests and drive specific projects• Identifies process defects, defines and implements process improvements across customer, supply chain and business processes• Provide data, analysis and tools to assist in the improvement of dispute/process defects and drive corrective actions• Responsible to reduce inflow of incoming disputes – review with CIR team and related cross functional team• Partnering with CIR team to reducing cycle time to resolution of open disputes – ensuring quality checks• Publishing area disputes guidelines & implementing governance/playbook.• Implement control plans and drive change to maintain gains across key identified projects

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution• Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in business processes, customer facing and/or supply chain• Experience analyzing data with Excel and Access databases. Familiar with R&A portal.• Project leadership experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:• Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams• SAP systems experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong Data Analytical Skills• Customer Facing Experience• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt trained

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/internationalRelocation: No relocation needed; position can be based anywhere in Asia Pacific.
