How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for ensuring accurate payments to the suppliers and resolving customer issues and payment related queries

• Process supplier payments post review of invoices and manage outbound customer queries for HKG & China

• Work closely with business users, market controllership, tax team & other internal stakeholders to resolve any payment related queries

• Ensure that all deadlines are continually met, and adequate controls are maintained over the processes

• Perform daily and monthly due diligence to ensure compliance to various market requirements like day end controls, hard copy retention & reconciliation of documents

• Month-end/Quarter end accrual activities for AP, Bank reconciliation, MJE preparation, monthly reporting, support audit and other Controllership related activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate with good communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Accounting Background

• Good at working on Excel and Power Point

• Preferable 1-2 years of work experience in Accounts Payables
