How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for ensuring accurate payments to the suppliers and resolving customer issues and payment related queries
Process supplier payments post review of invoices and manage outbound customer queries for HKG & China
Work closely with business users, market controllership, tax team & other internal stakeholders to resolve any payment related queries
Ensure that all deadlines are continually met, and adequate controls are maintained over the processes
Perform daily and monthly due diligence to ensure compliance to various market requirements like day end controls, hard copy retention & reconciliation of documents
Month-end/Quarter end accrual activities for AP, Bank reconciliation, MJE preparation, monthly reporting, support audit and other Controllership related activities
Minimum Qualifications
Commerce Graduate with good communication skills
Fluent in English
Accounting Background
Good at working on Excel and Power Point
Preferable 1-2 years of work experience in Accounts Payables
