Job Description

An employer in the Destin, Florida area is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer for a direct hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible not limited to the following: conduct detailed assessments of the current DEE (digital engineering ecosystems) that are currently used by the customer include the infrastructure, data, processes, and workforce. Will interact with government customers, and systems engineers to be able to define the DEE lifecycle requirements and develop a detailed roadmap to improve the existing DEE for future needs. Will execute tasks when needed by integrating existing MBSE models, creating a data dictionary and related data elements, linking schedules and other program tasks into the MBSE framework. Will design, develop, test critical software applications in all phases of development, both product and operational. Will be required to sit on site 5 days/week at the base and have an active Secret clearance with SAP eligibility.

Skills and Requirements

Active Secret Clearance (Will need SAP access)

Bachelor's Degree (STEM or related field preferred)

10+ years of experience of MBSE experience

Experience with digital engineering ecosystem (DEE) assessments

Experience integrating models together and integrating models with other digital engineering artifacts to enhance and improve the program

Experience developing digital engineering architectures, systems models and simulations

Experience with CAMEO or SysML

Experience using Jira, Confluence or BitBucket Active TS/SCI Security DoD clearance

Master's Degree null
