Job Title: Press Brake Operator

START ASAP - $20/HR. TO $30/HR.

Job Description

Daily responsibilities will include operating and inspecting all sheet metal parts processed via a Cincinnati brake press. Candidates will need to consider bend allowances, blueprint callouts, and overall product tolerances. Responsibilities include changing out tools and dies per orders, using a forklift to move materials, and verifying order completion using production management software. Training will be provided for any unfamiliar tasks. Average bends per part is 2-3, but sometimes as many as 12. Average run size is 100-200, but can be as many as a couple thousand. For this role specifically, you will be running about 6,000 parts per order.

This is a fully on-site position in Shakopee, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Medium-sized sheet metal job shop with a combination of short and long run parts, as well as simple and complex parts. Very modern facility with a paperless, digital workflow.
