We're seeking a Class A truck driver to pick up and deliver freight on local routes for an expanding Shakopee company. This CDL position offers up to $27/hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and excellent benefits including 401(k) with a 15% contribution from the company, a comprehensive health plan, and paid time off. Location: Shakopee, MN Schedule: rotating schedule 7 days on 7 days off, the position does include working weekends Wage: $27/hr., DOE $1,000 sign-on bonus Benefits of the truck driver: 401(k) plan - (15% contribution from the company, one time per year when eligible; fully vested after 6 years) Comprehensive health, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, and AD&D (company picks up 90% of the medical premium) Tuition reimbursement PTO - 80 hours 8 paid holidays (double-time if worked, 8 hours holiday pay) FSA for medical and dependent care Built-in overtime on schedule with some opportunity for more Home Daily Clean cabs and well-maintained trucks Job duties of the truck driver: Pick up and deliver freight from various locations Tarp and un-tarp open-top trailers Operate an overhead loading system crane, conveyors, and gates and unload the product via the walking floor system Requirements of the truck driver: Clean MVR Manual and automatic transmission experience 2 years of CDL driving experience preferred CDL Class A license with DOT card Additional Information: Climb into the driver seat of your career and apply today!
