What is the job about?

To discover new technology and implement Grundfos innovative specification into project business. Improving process and framework withing project sales. Main target is to work with area sales and other functions to prepare and deliver qualified Project Sales proposal and provide support to fulfill the project delivery and management after order. Achieve agreed sales volumes and contribution targets according to annual business target

Your main responsibilities :

  • Develop the whole process of project sales from sales leads identification, proposal preparation including quotation. Ensure that final pump set selection is appropriate to client's application by calculation and meeting Grundfos commercial targets.

  • Conduct analysis on non-bidding project evaluation on the hit rate or profit rate before the quotation stage. Initiate proactive internal discussion on solutions for higher profit rate or cross/up selling change, and influence customer choices. Use and follow CRM tools and policies

  • Conduct quotation clarification with customers. Guarantees calculations and risks.

  • Make sure to get proper sign off for all the proposals fitting with internal and external company and legal requirements and implement proper document management and handover

  • Work with global SD (Sales Development), Project Sales Workstream and regional sales team to establish and finetune the region core business process of Project Sales.

  • Other assignment by line manager

Your background :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Environment Engineering, Mechanical, Automation and other relevant majors.

  • Prefer minimum 5 years sales experience in the field of industrial products.

  • Technical background.

  • Successful track of customer development and management as salesperson

  • Experience in HVAC (Heat, Ventilation, Air Con) system experience working in Chiller manufacturer/HVAC contractor/HVAC consultant

  • Able to travel (Initially 40% APAC countries, few in HQ Denmark)

  • Good English proficiency
