Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Position Overview

Adecco is looking for experienced Automated Optical Inspectors for a long-term opportunity in Seymour, CT. This role involves operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment to ensure quality and precision in manufacturing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effective Communication: Communicate and listen professionally and courteously.

• Problem-Solving: Address minor issues and escalate larger problems to the supervisor as needed.

• Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Adaptability: Perform effectively under time pressure and adapt positively to changes.

• Work Environment: Contribute to a positive, healthy, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA, and SDS safety policies.

• Machine Operation: Demonstrate proficiency in operating AOI machines, including loading the correct program, running boards, and logging defects.

• Software Proficiency: Utilize MIS (Aegis) software effectively.

• Training Requirements: Complete Component Identification training.

• Certification: Hold IPC 610 Certification.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
