Summary:
Play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction of The Fish Peddler. Prepare food for service and ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Conduct seafood counter sales, stocking and other market duties as needed. Responsible for product and menu knowledge, quality control and building relationships with store customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food for service.
Demonstrate detailed expertise of cooking and holding requirements for products offered.
Prepare all menu items for service.
Comply sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required
High school Diploma or GED
Preferred
One or more years of experience in the preparation and cooking o products.
Food handler’s card.
Effective communication skills
Salary: $18.06 Hourly
