Exciting Opening for Clinical Supervisor - Recovery Center
This position includes a $5,000 hiring bonus and a relocation reimbursement up to $3,000.
SeaView Community Services Behavioral Health Programs are growing by leaps and bounds! This growth is creating employment opportunities at all levels. SeaView is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Recovery Center who will be a dynamic team leader and ensure individuals are provided with exceptional, evidence-based care.
The SeaView Recovery Center provides treatment and housing services for a maximum of 20 individuals and is staffed 24/7 with providers working under the close direction of the Clinical Supervisor. Services are centered on helping individuals in their pursuits of achieving happier, healthier, and more satisfying lives. Numerous treatment modalities are utilized, which are backed by research and designed to elicit the most favorable treatment outcomes. At SeaView's Recovery Center, all residents are empowered with the tools they need to overcome addiction and trauma and regain a life of recovery and wellbeing. We provide complete, holistic care for every stage of the journey.
Treatment Services Include:
- Individual, Group and Family Therapy
- Individual and Group Skill Building
- Psychiatric Assessment
- Medication Management
- Case Management
- Nutrition/Wellness Activities
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Alaska.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions for adults with mental health challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Commitment to cultural competence and providing culturally responsive services.
- Experience with electronic health records and other relevant software programs.

Requirements:Master's level clinical licensure or ability for immediate licensure in Alaska (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Reliable, hard-working and have a sincere passion for the work we do.
