The Financial ERP Systems Leader is responsible for leading a team and ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of financial systems to meet the organization\'s financial reporting, analysis, and operational needs. The role requires strategizing and developing a comprehensive roadmap for financial systems, aligning them with the company\'s strategic objectives. The Financial ERP Systems Leader leads the selection, implementation, and optimization of financial systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and capable of meeting the organization\'s evolving requirements and collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including finance, IT, and senior management, to identify system requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Essential Functions: * Assesses and evaluates the organization\'s existing financial systems landscape, identifies opportunities for improvement and implements necessary changes. * Develops and implements financial system strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization\'s long-term goals and objectives. * Manages the integration of various financial systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient processes. * Oversees the system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, collaborating with IT teams and vendors to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to financial operations. * Leads the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to identify and implement process improvements and system optimizations. * Develops and delivers training programs and materials to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of financial systems and promoting system adoption and proficiency. * Stays updated on emerging trends and technologies in financial systems, evaluating their potential impact and making recommendations for system enhancements. * Provides strategic guidance on system-related projects, ensuring effective project management, resource allocation, and timely project delivery. * Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the financial systems team, encouraging innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional development. * Owns accountability for talent management and navigation of employee related issues that impact morale and work environment to ensure a high performing team including hiring and selection, succession planning, performance and compensation management, and employee development and career coaching as required. Manages priorities and workload distribution and removes barriers that impede progress. Job Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in Finance, Information Systems or a related field. * Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, IT or a related field and/or commensurate experience. Master\'s degree in related field is preferred. Physical Requirements (specific to the role) * Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week (including sitting, standing and working on a computer for extended periods of time). * Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as: telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, e-mail, etc. * Ability to travel as required.
