Responsibilities

Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and culture

Responsible for Interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Directly supervise employees in the Maintenance department

Responsible for the maintenance annual budget

Leading the daily activities of the Maintenance team, overseeing the continuous improvement of department activities and equipment efficiency

Seek to reduce safety risks, with support from the safety team

Use a data driven approach to continuous improvement

Assist in locating and purchasing materials required to complete maintenance activities
