Reporting Manager, Export & License

Location: Europe (flexible within Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic Romania, Serbia).

This role can flex working remotely and require20% business travel.

Direct reports: yes, 4 team members in Croatia, Czech Republic and Serbia.

Reports to: Financial Controller EMEA APAC, Export & License

Your Purpose taking this job will be owner of the financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting process and driving the ZBB programme. The role together with the support of its 4 direct reports will be responsible for providing clear, timely and accurate financial analysis and giving insight into the results and forecasts of the Export & License (E&L) business to our Leadership Team and to Molson Coors Consolidation team in order to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Some key responsibilities will include also:

• team leadership is the most important part of this role taking around 60% of the time as developing capabilities and drive team’s performance and promote winning culture.

• preparation, review, and commentary to support the financials of monthly standard.

• drive for standardization and improvements in Process and Reporting across the E&L as working together with business and Molson Coors Consolidation team.

• responsibility for Capital Expenditure reporting, budgeting, and review across the E&L

We need someone passionate, who can demonstrate the following skills, experience, and behaviors:

• You have background in any kind of finance field from accounting to reporting with finance degree qualification.

• Leadership skills are crucial for this role, so we require that you have experience with leading a small team with ability demonstrate how do you lead, coach, motivate, manage and develop individuals.

• Strategic Agility: Sees ahead clearly; can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately.

• Persuasive and influential communication skills and ability to effectively interact in a cross-functional environment with all levels of management and oriented to find solution and grow.

• Self-starter committed to continuous improvement and driven to achieving your goals.

• Business level of English is required.

• You are located in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic Romania or Serbia.
