The role.

Join our team as a Technical Service Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support, focusing primarily on low voltage motors and geared motors, with occasional work on high voltage motors. Your expertise will help us maintain our standing for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Service Business Promotion: Provide accurate proposals and spare parts to enhance our service offerings.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Authorized Repair Centers.

• Problem Solving: Analyze site issues and offer suitable solutions, coordinating with headquarters as needed.

• Service Contracts: Manage and support customers under dedicated service contracts.

• On-Site Service: Perform on-site service interventions to address customer support requests.

• Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and manage sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other functions to help achieve overall company targets.

• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical issues and deliver superior customer support.

• Working as part of a team in a regional and international environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
