The Sales Engineer/Key Account Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

This position is part of the Energy+ and will be remotely located in Busan or Seoul.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead Energy+ Growth Initiative & Strategic priorities – ET(Energy Transition) market for Korea.

  • Brand visibility enhancement, create growth opportunities through Key Account Management & Corporate Connects for Energy Transition.

  • Spearhead Energy Transition HQ Connect & KAM initiatives leading to demand generation and revenue growth.

  • Develop marketing strategies and effectively develop, manage and execute an integrated country driven growth plan aligned to business objectives. To protect future run rate @ risk of 75% & also expand Growth -25%.

  • Business Handling : $1.5MM Orders & Revenue for this segment with incremental potential $6MM based on 2022 Chemical GTM and leading ET $0.6MM Orders & Revenue with incremental potential $10MM based on 2023 ET GTM.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree(engineering or marketing).

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering in Chemical market.

  • New customer development to penetrate Energy Transition & Chemical Markets.

  • Build customer intimacy to increase the Funnel Pipeline & Opportunities.

  • Conduct in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and product positioning for sales growth.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel within local/ oversees territory or locations

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • EV Battery related experience
