Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the CHC KR Affiliate Quality System, ensuring compliance with GxP regulatory requirements and CHC Global Quality Standards.

  • Ensure high quality and compliance of all CHC products distributed by CHC KR Affiliate in the Korean market.

  • Serve as a back-up to the Country Quality Head & Responsible Person (RP) CHC.

Key Activities:

  • Develop and update CHC KR Affiliate Quality Documents.

  • Screen Global Quality Documents, assess impact, and define action plans.

  • Prepare and disseminate training materials on quality processes.

  • Manage Quality Agreements with internal sites, External Manufacturing hubs, and distributors.

  • Oversee quality processes of subcontractors, including selection, qualification, and audits.

  • Manage quality events, deviations, and associated action plans (CAPAs).

  • Support changes impacting GxP or health-regulated processes.

  • Provide input for the annual Country Quality Review.

  • Assist in preparing, conducting, and following up on GxP quality system audits.

Product-related Quality Matters:

  • Manage Product Quality Complaints and Customer Complaints.

  • Follow investigations by manufacturing sites and respond to customers.

  • Conduct trend analysis and signal detection.

  • Support recall operations.

    • Provide assessments following temperature excursions.
**Scope of Responsibility:**

  • Reports to the Country Quality Head & RP CHC KR.

  • Work autonomously in alignment with CHC Global Quality Policy, Standards, and Processes.

  • Operates in a cross-functional matrix organization within CHC Quality AMEA/CN region, interacting with other functions such as CHC KR Affiliate Supply Chain.

**About You:**

  • Must be a Korean Registered Pharmacist.

  • Minimum 2 years QA background or related work experience in pharma/healthcare company.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of GxP regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with quality management systems and quality assurance processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
