Job Description Summary

Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

서울을 담당하실 Project Manager를 채용합니다. 주요 역할은 GE헬스케어 장비를 고객사에 설치하기 위한 기술적인 가이드를 제공 및 계약 이후 납기 관련 프로세스를 매니징하는 업무이며 건축/설비/전기 관련한 이해도가 높으신 분을 선호합니다. 의료기기 설치 관련 경력이 있으시거나 의료기기 엔지니어 경력이 있으신 후보자를 우대합니다.

The Project Manager Installation will be responsible for the implementation of GE Healthcare products, ensuring that installations are completed in a timely and quality manner in accordance with defined goals and milestones. He/she will own the wing-to-wing execution from pre-order consultation & support to Customer Acceptance for warranty start.

Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:

Pre Order Consultant (M0 - POC)

  • Provide professional site feasibility check including drawing according to PIM manual.

  • Initiated concession escalation if required.

  • Able to support to commercial both direct and indirect for POC to deliver GEHC’s quality guidelines.

  • Need to provide feedback within expected TAT(Turn Around Time) with qualified consultant.

  • Must use My Project as one source of data/tool for communication.

Backlog Execution (M1 Closed)

  • Always prioritize Safety & Quality & Compliance.

  • Keep monitoring project progress and provide information to stake holder via chatter/email.

  • Accountability of site preparation, system delivery including local vendor with POD collection.

  • Managing milestone/key date & resource allocation for Install vendor, install FE and Apps training.

  • Weekly basis project review/management required and align to stake holder to be same page.

  • Proactively Risk management and escalate to DPM/Leadership if required.

  • Drive Installation VCP

  • Collect pre-defined project document followed by posting in My Project Box.

  • PO creation before job start.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of project management experience Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

  • Must have Effective communication skills & strong interpersonal skills

  • Academic background in technical field: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, etc.

  • Must be able to travel Skilled expertise with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and oral)
