• Responsible for organizing external training activities, including but not limited to planning the training event, collecting the trainee information, coordinating the training schedule and the relevant examination sign-ups.

• Responsible for maintaining and updating the status of training opportunities, creating the training quotation with the input from consulting manager and sales colleagues based on UL Solutions CRM system.

• Responsible for creating the project with the input from consulting manager, monitoring the projects status, generating the billing events, and following up the invoicing status based on the UL Solutions fulfillment system, with support from consulting manager and sale colleagues.

• Supports sales colleagues for general quotation, order management, and other sales support activities.

• Supports consulting manager for continuous improvement techniques specifically to the internal policies, project process and document management.

• Supports global training group and project coordination group for other activities planned for global platform.

• Read and follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices.

• Performs other duties as directed.

• 4 Year University education

• Equivalent Work Experience

• Good in written English and basic knowledge in oral English

• Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the applicable subunit(s) of the organization.
