What you will gain from this role:
Responsibility for accounts impacting $500M of the global business with the ability to develop a strategic vision, including goals, objectives and tactics, and lead pricing negotiations
Experience partnering with Business Unit and sales leadership to ensure we achieve key account goals and objectives
Deep knowledge of accounts and regional/global market trends through direct in-person customer negotiations and big data analytics
Leverage voice of both customers and sales stakeholders to influence global marketing and pricing strategy and processes
Partner with Sales, Business Unit, Field Application Engineers, and other functions to drive revenue and share growth across accounts through global price analysis, effective & timely quoting, and negotiations
Opportunity to engage with systems teams and IT department to drive automation and process improvements to enable quicker reactions to changing market conditions
Direct experience with business structure of customers and understanding of key influencers and stakeholders that drive semiconductor purchasing decisions
Project management across regions and multiple functions
Increased tools and system knowledge related to Pricing and Sales
Business Summary: As an Account Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing pricing strategies and developing account specific quoting strategies as the single point of pricing execution. You will directly contribute to achieving sales revenue plans and market share goals by partnering with sales to establish the price and achieve key performance indicators such as robust compliance. Moreover, you will leverage your account/market knowledge to influence WW pricing strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to partner with sales and businesses to understand products, markets, and competition to drive pricing strategy, allowing for new business wins and gain share on existing business; relationship building is a must
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking skills to influence across partner organizations and customers
Strong oral and written communication skills as roles require routine communication with customers directly, as well as Field Sales and other internal stakeholders; must have the ability to take data and provide effective management summaries and recommendations
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to use data and analysis driven results to influence pricing strategy across different products and customers
Ability to manipulate big data sets to derive insights and drive actions
Capacity to ramp quickly on new data analytics and visualization software and tools
Capability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment with an ability to proactively identify and prioritize necessary changes
Ability to think and react quickly while conversing with customers, sales team, and business partners
Understanding of importance of our decisions and actions on the company’s results
Ability to influence across different cultures and regions
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
· Masters or Bachelors degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science/Data Analytics, Management Information Systems or related business field
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Education:
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to do price analysis, execution, and negotiations
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple conflicting priorities with ownership, urgency and accountability
Effective communication skills and ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to gain trust and build relationships
Strong project management and negotiation skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills and knowledge of SAP and/or Spotfire is a plus
Ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English
