[Responsibilities]

This position is part of the JJMK Strategy & Innovation department and reports directly to the Business Excellence Lead.

  1. Establish & enhance SFE monitoring system (CRM-MS Dynamics) correlating potential for business, investment of activities & results achieved with reporting and dashboard

  2. Manage project for customer master data migration

  3. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM system, enduring data accuracy and integrity

  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, HCC, IT, Prof. Ed and other functions to define CRM requirement and workflow.

  5. Lead training sessions to educate sales teams on CRM best practices and system functionalities

  6. Analyze customer data and create dashboards to identify process improvement and sales growth and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

[Requirements]

  • 5 years of experience in data analysis within the healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in CRM and SFE-related roles. However, this is not a mandatory

  • Strong understating of CRM/SFE principles, practice, and technologies

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights

  • Proven experience in CRM implementation and management, preferably in healthcare industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Good communication skill both in English and Korean
