IQVIA HR Coordinator, Payroll (Contract for Maternity Leave) in Seoul, South Korea
Job Overview
Provide support to a Human Resources team enabling the provision of HR services.
Essential Functions
• Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence, e.g., HRSS.
• Collect, validate, and monitor payroll inputs and reports, working with global payroll team and external vendor
• Provide support on day-to-day development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives.
• Prepare standard HR reports and analyses as well as statutory government reports.
• Track and process HR departmental budgets and expenses as applicable.
• Operate as first point of contact for basic management of HR-related queries and benefits
Qualifications
• BA degree
• 13 years of HR experience
• Payroll experience highly preferred
• Good English communication
• Good teamwork & communication skills
• Contract period: Jul 2024Dec 2025 (1 year and 6 months)
