Oracle HR Business Partner in Seoul, South Korea

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Exciting role where you will partner with business units to deliver corporate and divisional HR processes, policies, and activities, including performance management, mentor, resource planning, employee relations, and talent resource planning.

  • Present regularly to dedicated client groups.

  • Empowered to handle end-to-end investigations.

  • Collaborate with HR expertise teams and other HR business partners

  • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters on salary proposals for new hires and international transferees.

  • Provide country-based HR support for talent acquisition, onboarding, career development, transfer, and offboarding.

  • Support dedicated internal customers with talent management and performance management needs.

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding with the Asia Pacific HR team.

  • Provide immigration and relocation support, liaising with the global mobility team and local providers.

  • Lead employee relations issues, resolve employee concerns

  • Prepare, analyze, and share diagnostics on HR-related issues to the business periodically.

  • Participate in/lead HR initiatives and projects, linking and measuring HR metrics to business results.

  • Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives, organizational change, performance management, and training needs as required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Need

  • Over 10 years in HR practices and ER matters.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or other relevant fields

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Proficiency in English as you'll be collaborating closely with internal customers in the region

  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively, and collaborate within a team

  • Ability to think creatively and be “hands-on”

  • Experience of working in a large corporation
