GE HealthCare에서 HPM 팀을 리드하실분을 채용합니다. 주요 역할은 GE헬스케어 장비를 고객사에 설치하기 위한 기술적인 가이드를 제공 및 계약 이후 납기 관련 프로세스를 매니징하는 업무이며 최소 13년이상의 의료기기 설치 관련 경력이 있으시거나 의료기기 엔지니어 경력이 있으신 후보자를 우대합니다. People managing을 하는 Manager 포지션이며 Direct report manager가 외국인이라 영어커뮤니케이션이 유창하신 분을 선호합니다.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead HPM team in Korea to deliver excellence in “wing to wing” project management services including design, construction, as needed and installation activities.

  • Setting up goals and metrics for HPM team and defining processes for achieving the same through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring.

  • Understand revenue recognition guidelines & enables delivery to target.

  • Accountable for driving a process focused approach which delivers customer order execution, quality, and predictable results.

  • Develop design, project management and installation teams by providing regular training and global exposure to improve the deliverable to GE customers

  • Drive process excellence delivering productivity in HPM & install cost, install cycle and ensure connectivity at install.

  • Ensure team adheres to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, quality, regulatory and controllership requirements including timely completion of trainings also.

  • Ensure customer focus and responsiveness to escalations regarding implementation issues.

  • Cultivate relationships with Sales, Product, Order Management, service operation and technical team to ensure smooth execution.

  • Drive continuous improvement and simplification activities by identifying areas of improvement and driving actions.

  • Provide site planning & design solutions to customer with assistance from design & install teams. Read, interpret & analyze the layouts for effective customer communication & feedback

  • Manage relationships with customer & internal stakeholders for effective collaboration & to ensure execution as per agreed schedules

  • Drive culture of milestone management, utilizing updated systems & tools

  • Grow culture of customer centric project management teams, accountable to delivering results.

Required Qualifications

  • Requires +13years of experience in Project Management & Project Management in healthcare industry.

  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Established project management skills.
