WATER QUALITY PLATFORM

Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach (https://www.hach.com/) , Trojan Technologies , McCrometerand ChemTreat (http://www.chemtreat.com/) . WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

About Role

Purpose of Position

​

  • About 70% is field repair, maintenance, troubleshooting work on the customer site, and 30% is inhouse test, repair, warranty service in Hach Korea Solution Center

  • The work environment is based on Hach Korea Solution Center at Address : 4F, 95, Arayukro, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea

What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Documents work : Service Report, Insurance, Communication with Tech Team, Quotation, Service Log file, CRM system, Manual work

  • Products point work : Certfication, presentation in Seminar or Training, Technical support to Sales team and Channel partner, end customer.

  • Must support to sales team, channel partners, end customer by e-mail, calling, visit Etc.

  • Additional task from manager and internal reason.

  • Attend face to face meeting in Seoul Office.

  • Weekly business report submission.

  • Must use efforts for learning products, applications, internal workflow.

  • Must consider efficiency of works always.

  • Communication with customer, channel partner, Hach Korea colleagues, Hach US and Hach internal people for working.

  • Management of service log file and CRM system with other service team people.

  • Attitudes for finding best solution and creation.

  • Shipment of service finished products.

  • Over once a month, attend meeting in Hach Korea main office.

  • Candidates must have their own car.

  1. 70% 가량의 업무는 현장에서의 점검, 수리, 유지보수 등의 기술적인 대응이며 30% 가량의 업무는 솔루션센터내에서의 점검, 수리, 유지보수, 품질보증절차 등

  2. 서류업무 : 서비스리포트, 보증보험, 본사의 기술팀과의 소통, 견적, 서비스이력파일관리, CRM시스템사용, 매뉴얼작성 등

  3. 제품관점 : 인증서, 내/외부용 프리젠테이션 자료 작성, 협력사/대리점/고객에 대한 기술지원

  4. 협력사 및 고객에 대하여 방문, 전화, 이메일 등의 수단을 통하여 업무 수행

  5. 회사 내부적으로나 직속매니저의 지시에 따른 추가적인 업무 수행

  6. 1회/1개월 가량의 하크코리아 서울사무실에서의 대면미팅 참석

  7. 주간보고서 작성 및 제출

  8. 제품과 공정, 내부적인 업무 절차에 대한 습득하고자 하는 노력이 요구됨

  9. 업무절차와 비용에 대한 효율성을 항상 염두하여야 함

  10. 하크코리아 내부직원, 하크 본사 및 다른 국가의 동료, 협력사, 대리점, 고개들과의 소통을 원활하게 하여야 함

  11. 하크코리아 서비스팀의 다른 동료들과 함께 서비스이력파일과 CRM 시스템의 관리를 효율적으로 하여야 함

  12. 항상 최선의 방법과 최고의 결과를 얻을 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 함

  13. 제품의 출고 (직접 납품 및 택배 접수 등)

  14. 수습기간은 6개월로 정함

  15. 지원자는 본인 명의의 차량을 소유하고 있으며 업무에 사용할 수 있어야 함
