The Role

  • Has end-to-end responsibility for relationship management, account growth, and profitability.

  • Creates, maintains, and develops deep customer relationships and brings 'the best of Kyndryl' to build and maintain valued CxO customer relationships.

  • Drives proactive account growth with a focus on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals.

  • Established Client C-level relationships to call or meet freely.

  • Target markets:

  • IND and FIN sectors, for the accounts not in the current quadrants, where we don't have an existing relationship.

  • Knowledge and experience in IT services business sales and delivery (Managed and Consult service)

  • Commitment to the business success of Kyndryl.

  • Focus on Consult business by immediate door opening along with hyperscale infusion.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 15 years of Industry experience, IT and Consult experiences.

  • Hyperscale infusion.

  • Established Client C-level relationships to call or meet freely.

  • Knowledge and experience in IT services business sales and delivery (Managed and Consult service)
