Korea Seller Education Team strives to provide world-class education program to empower Korean Sellers start and grow their business on Amazon globally. We deliver high-quality education and drive innovation to optimize Seller experience. Our portfolio consists of various programs to fulfill Sellers’ learning preferences with self-serviced learning and instructor-led training.

Key job responsibilities

1. Own educational content roadmap, design, development and optimization.

2. Lead requirements gathering meetings with curriculum stakeholders to define the appropriate learning objectives, modalities and expectations.

3. Lead both internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop high quality training content that meets the learning objectives.

4. Dive deep into Amazon marketplaces and Amazon Global Seller Experience products, such as Global Registration Experience, Global Listing Tools, Selection Guidance and Global Shipping Solution etc.

5. Keep up with latest trend about education/certification and development technology.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an instructional design/curriculum development role or similar, including significant experience in creating educational content.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Outstanding verbal/writing skills in Korean and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid experience in managing complex programs in fast paced and changing environment.

• Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials and content to include creating instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials.
