GE 헬스케어 조영제 사업부에서 Commercial Operations Leader (과차장급) 업무를 담당해주실 인재를 채용합니다. 주된 업무는 전반적인 Commercial Operations (Order/Credit/Contract)에 대한 관리 감독이며, SAP 유경험자나 헬스케어/제약업계의 관련 경험을 우대합니다.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily orders with web-ordering system including pricing condition check and invoicing and handle customer complaints related to commercial issues.

• Supervise all customer credit status and collection, monthly credit/guarantee reporting.

• Supervise regularly provide transaction/movement report for HIRA and review data from governmental adverse drug reaction relief system.

• Regularly report distributor credit analysis - Market size, CRI, Guarantee, Stock

• Manage all customer master data including new customer registration, customer information update, reactivation, and deactivation.

• Responsible for sales data analysis and report to support sales team to achieve Business purpose.

• Responsible for price & reimbursement

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proficient in use of Microsoft office especially Excel with speed and accuracy

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean & English

• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time

• Strong analytical skills, structured and execution focused

• Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

• More than 6 years working experience in the commercial operations field

• Practical experience with SAP preferred
