Boehringer Ingelheim Commercial Excellence Specialist in Seoul, South Korea

THE POSITION

The Commercial Excellence Specialist is highly skilled in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to optimize customer centric approaches such as CRM, Data platform, Digital channel. The role involves analyzing data with internal and external sources and applying an understanding of business objectives to develop and implement strategies and monitoring their effectiveness to ensure sales excellence tools being used and processes being implemented as designed.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Data & Platform ExecutionEnsure data quality through data validation/updates and hygiene within Veeva CRM and platforms

  • Veeva CRM Management & AnalyticsDeliver new release of Veeva, update user information, territory and customers informationAnalyze data capturing from Veeva such as interaction, omnichannel utilization,

  • Manage SFE affairs and incentive payout & Generate Sales Report by Data mapping & manipulation from input (sales system) to output (reports, KPI)

  • Digital Channel (Omnichannel) Execution & ManagementPlan Omnichannel implementation and manage pre & post Omnichannel execution

  • Others (Newsletter & Administrative supports)

Requirements

  • At least 3 year-experience as a commercial excellence specialist

  • Strong proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Power Point)

  • Well- developed written & verbal communication skills both Korean and English skill

  • Positive support to Team with Interaction (open, good listening skills, strong communicator)

  • High attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality and sense of urgency

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional matrixed environment.

  • Demonstrated business analytical capabilities preferable CRM Management

  • Experience in Veeva CRM system management is an advantage
