FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Front Office Assistant Manager who will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.

This position is ranked from as Assistant Manager, and will report to the Director of Rooms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.

  • Well developed communication and customer relations skills.

  • Fluent both in English and Korean
