The Production Specialist provides technical support for the production team. Responsibilities include providing documentation and floor support associated with safety, manufacturing and quality methods, tooling, and equipment. Support new processes and methods that will improve safety, reduce product cost and/or improve product quality.

글 로벌 의료기기 회사 GE Ultrasound 성남 R&D Center에서 Production Specialist를 채용합니다. 생산관련 KPI관리와 Project Leading, EHS 관리감독, 생산성&품질 향상과 기술지원 전반을 담당합니다. 열정적인 신입 분들의 지원도 환영하며, 생산관리 전반에 걸쳐 경력이 있으신 분을 우대합니다.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring and improving productivity, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost-conscious manner.

Developing and creating training plans to maximize workforce capability.

Leading Compliance, as well as Environmental, Health and Safety efforts in support of plant goals

Driving LEAN manufacturing implementation

Qualifications:

Technical knowledge of production processes

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

Proficient in software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab, etc.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with global teams

Interest in Medical Devices

Analytical skills for problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:

Lean manufacturing experience

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.

Demonstrated analytical, process management skills.
