Position :

Overview :

  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales target & goal.

  • This position is responsible for promoting company’s product & value to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing In-market sales & profits.

  • Manage the distributors and their activities of assigned territory, ensuring proper levels of sales effort are maintained with related customers and organizations.

  • This position ensures sales & Marketing experiences & skills with the proper levels should be performed on relevant to certain customers and segmentations (Clinician depart. such as ER, ICU, NICU etc).

  • Facilitate and manage strategic collaboration with external and internal organization to leverage better market access relevant to RTI business segment (Rapid Test kit & POCT platform for Respiratory Infection disease).

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for achieving the sales & company’s goal.

  • Responsible for maximizing of sales volume (Revenue) & sales profits (Product margin).

  • Manage the distributors & tier 2 dealers on their activities of assigned territory & certain segmentation.

  • Develop key insights of the country market dynamics, including competitive insights, reimbursement structure and potential changes, local regulations that may impact business.

  • Capability to perform own strategy and detailed sales process for organizational success by clear awareness of productivity & profitability aligned with company.

  • Leading SFDC management, Customer Acquisition and Retention (CARe)

  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand aligned with own target

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates salesperformance todrive initiatives for improvement of sales performance.

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

  • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

  • Provide product training and technical support to channel partners (distributors & dealers), and customers providing appropriate level of depth.

  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

  • Analyses the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer to develop the intimacy.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies & associations.

  • Lead process of demand planning and fulfilment for distributors and make improvement if necessary.

  • Ensure all activities and behavior are in accordance with legislative employment policies, safety requirements and corporate policies.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Minimum education required: bachelor’s degree.

  • More than 3 years of sales or marketing experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry with a reasonable blend of Successful sales and marketing management track record.

  • An established track record of creativity, innovation, and measured risk-taking.

  • A history of developing relationships with distributors, customers, and internal key stakeholders.

  • Effective sales knowledge of the regulatory environment in which the business operates.
