POSITION SUMMARY

A highly-anticipated JW Marriott Jeju Resort and Spa is expected to open in the first half of 2022. As a first resort introduced by JW Marriott brand local, it brings a whole new level of luxury hospitality to Jeju Island. A harmonious fusion of spirit, culture, and nature, it will be situated on a cliff of the southern coast of exotic Jeju island about 50km southeast of Jeju International Airport. Expect 198 guest rooms with ocean views by award-winning architect and interior designer Bill Bensley. The resort offers luxury amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and hot springs with the Korean-styled Sauna called “Jjimjlbang”, various selection of unique F&B outlets, SPA by JW, 600sm meeting space with natural lights, Kids club, Kid’s playground, and more recreational facilities.

This position Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures. Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
