Hyatt Sales Manager in SEMINYAK, Indonesia

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Alila Seminyak. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, with the ability to drive revenue and develop strong relationships with clients. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and representing Alila Seminyak to potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and event bookings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a focus on luxury or boutique properties.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the Bali market is a plus.
