TEKsystems Administrative Assistant in Selma, California

Description:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in LCP tracker accounts

• Pro-actively Interface with subcontractors regarding job contracts to ensure payments are not held up by outstanding compliance

• Ensure subcontractors are submitting weekly certified payroll reports and meeting other project requirements based on the job-specific work orders/subcontracts issued by the operations team

• Implement AP holds as needed for non-compliant subcontractors

• Responsible for monitoring weekly submissions from Subcontractors and Sub-haulers

• Review/analyze each certified payroll record to ensure subcontractors are meeting project compliance requirements

• Review invoices to ensure all certified payrolls, training fund contributions, etc., have been collected before DFJV releases payments

• Identify and track discrepancies in current compliance protocol and create solutions to avoid issues in the future

• Assist with all necessary preconstruction documents: Pre-Job Meetings, DAS 140, DAS 142, Fringe Benefit Statements, etc., to ensure that each subcontractor is fully compliant before they are begging work on project.
