About the Opportunity

The BEP Joint Venture project will safely design and deliver a Plant and the works in accordance with the requirements of the contract to enable conditioning of wastes from the various donor plants, carried out in line with the Employer’s needs and to the satisfaction of stakeholders in the Box Encapsulation Project (BEP).

We are currently seeking a Deputy Area Project Manager to join our site team, at Sellafield.

You will assist the Area Project Manager in management & delivery of all area work packages/systems and support of the management team.

In particular you will:

• Assist the team in managing the delivery of multi-discipline work packages through all phases of the project

• Primary lead and support for the area teams in ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Ensure that key project milestones are met in accordance with all delivery requirements, timescales, budget and quality

• Ensure accuracy of reporting and data collection

• Assume ‘cradle to grave’ accountability for any allocated area work packages

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Experience of managing packages of work on EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) projects in a highly regulated industry.

• Experienced in Earned Value Management

• Experience in CS&A, Mechanical and CE&I installation activities.

• Degree/Diploma in Project Management/ Engineering discipline with extensive experience in Project Controls/Delivery
