DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Food Service Worker, you will prepare and serve food items, as well as perform cleaning duties in accordance with center and departmental policies and in compliance with applicable health and sanitation regulations. In this position, you will prepare trays, measure portions, serve food, and transport trays and nourishment. You will also clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and work surfaces. In addition, you will provide food high in quality, prevent food waste, and attend trainings.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment (40-hour work week) Work hours are 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, rotating schedule, with 30-minute lunch. Every 3rd weekend off Overtime as operationally necessary Travel: No Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Multiple positions may be filled from this posting. QUALIFICATIONS Additional Requirement: You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
