This position reports into Shopper Marketing Lead MYSG and is based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Malaysia.

What You Will Do

The position is responsible for:

• The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategic planning efforts to drive shopper engagement and sales growth. As the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute shopper marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive customer loyalty:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness and visibility in-store

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of shopper marketing initiatives

• Identify and leverage consumer and shopper insights to inform shopper marketing tactics and messaging

• Lead the development of creative briefs and oversee the production of shopper marketing materials

• New product launch: develop, communicate, and activate plans for launch and track speed to market and performance.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve shopper marketing efforts

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade or shopper marketing or related field in FMCG industry

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated

Desired Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing campaigns

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex business challenges

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
