Eaton Corporation Head of Sales, PQ in Selangor, Malaysia

What you’ll do:

  • This position will be responsible for managing the PQ sales team in Malaysia, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and marketing controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the EATON’s presence throughout Malaysia.

  • Development upstream marketing strategy including good coverage to the consultant, channel management and end users.

  • Maintain good business relationship with current partners as well as customers to grow and maintain our installed based.

  • Prospect, develop, and close new customers for entire Eaton PQ solutions and marketing communications solutions

  • Support partners to sell to our top accounts and working with targeted customers by working on a market plan as well as marketing communications solutions to deliver optimum revenue potential

  • Develop and execute on account plans to deliver optimum revenue potential by managing complete and complex sales-cycles with C-Level Executives

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while championing customers satisfaction

  • Create and deliver accurate forecasts

  • Sell Eaton vision to prospects through product / solution demonstrations, events and target-specific initiatives

  • Coordinate and work with extended team members not limited to Services and Projects team.

  • Working closely with other internal departments, third parties as well as standard body authorities to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:

a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking

b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS

c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements

d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals

e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS

f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic required

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of on-quota, B2B technology or software applications sales experience; CRM and marketing software sales experience a plus, as is on-demand/SaaS sales experience.

Skills:

  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management

  • A history of selling UPS, Data Center Solution, Electrical solution and licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management

  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives

  • History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets

  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment

  • Teamwork and good communication skills a must
