The Primary role of the Business Support Executive within the company is to manage the day-to-day office admin work of the company and support regional business-related activities. This also includes organizing corporate events, office maintenance and liaising with government authorities. The role will also require you to assist the management on all other administrative tasks for the region including organization of corporate events, conferences and air travels for all divisions in the office.Essential Functions

  • Provide business support for order fulfilment as well as accurate information on orders and returns.

  • Provide Customers with detailed, accurate information on status of purchase orders, sales orders, returns, credits, and shipping; via telephone or email.

  • Ensure Customers’ needs are taken care of within the standards of performance set by management.

  • Support Sales team in the coordination and compilation of RFP, RFQ and RFI responses.

  • Carrying out admin duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.

  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings.

  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.

  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Diploma required or

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, or a related field required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required, including English proficiency

  • Strong ethics & professional integrity required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Able to work independently and in a teamwork – require helping across different area of the business when / if required.

  • Organized, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
