Ingersoll Rand Aftermarket Service Manager in Selangor, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aftersales service business development, include machine modification, sales of spare parts

  • Manage aftersales team, define management KPI to improve customer satisfaction

  • Build up the aftersales service process for internal and external customers

  • Control cost of aftersales service

  • Collect customer service requirements and feedback to design and quality team to improve machine quality continuously

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related

  • Over 8 years experience in aftersale service, and over 3years management experience.

  • Can arrange over 30% business travel of working time

  • English is working language

  • Good communication skill and can work with pressure

  • Build up and maintain good customer relationship;
